Campaigns with targets
Run a building fund appeal, a mission appeal, or a Christmas collection as a named campaign with its own target and progress. Every gift is recorded against the right appeal.
ChurchPay brings together online giving, Gift Aid & GASDS, member records, service notices, newcomer follow-up, pastoral care, and treasurer reporting, so your team spends Sunday with people, not spreadsheets.
Also see Sunday kiosk and QR giving and treasurer guides.

Gift Aid is declared on the same screen as the gift. GASDS evidence is logged when you close the service. You export the claim pack; you still file it.
How ChurchPay records a Sunday
Why we built ChurchPay
Every hour your volunteers spend counting cash, chasing Gift Aid forms, or copying names between spreadsheets is an hour they are not with the congregation. ChurchPay quietly handles the admin in the background, so Sunday feels like Sunday again.
Everything your church needs
Stop reconciling parallel spreadsheets. Every module reads and writes the same congregation record, with permissions that keep sensitive data in the right hands.
Sunday kiosk, QR on the pew card or screen, one-off and planned gifts, with Gift Aid declared on-screen and GASDS evidence logged when you close the service.

Sunday morning, a member walks up to the tablet by the door, taps an amount, signs Gift Aid, and pays on their own phone. Receipt sent, declaration logged, treasurer's ledger updated before the final hymn.
Open one link full-screen and the tablet becomes a giving station. It stays awake all service and resets itself between givers.
The kiosk shows a QR code; the giver scans it and pays with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. The tablet never touches card details.
A digital declaration is signed right on the screen, so a £20 gift is worth £25 before the giver has sat back down.

Charity & designated giving
Most churches run more than one pot: the general fund, a building appeal, a mission partner, a seasonal collection. ChurchPay lets you run each one as a named campaign with its own giving link, so designated gifts stay designated from the moment of giving through to the treasurer's report.
See how charity giving worksRun a building fund appeal, a mission appeal, or a Christmas collection as a named campaign with its own target and progress. Every gift is recorded against the right appeal.
Each campaign gets its own QR code and giving page. Put it on the screen, the notice sheet, or the pew card and gifts arrive already labelled.
How it works
A guided setup wizard walks you through importing members and giving records, branding your site, and connecting payments. Our team is on hand whenever you want help.
Members give online or by QR code, RSVP to services, update their details, and see their giving history in the portal.
Treasurers reconcile in minutes, pastors see who needs care, and Gift Aid claim packs are ready to export when you file with HMRC.
Gift Aid declarations attach to gifts automatically. GASDS cash collections are logged per service. You export an HMRC-ready pack; ChurchPay does not submit the claim to Charities Online.
Gift Aid and GASDSFor the treasurer
There are no invented testimonials or reclaim figures on this page. This is the product, in the order claim season usually hurts.
A UK taxpayer can complete a Gift Aid declaration on the same screen as the gift, at the kiosk or from a QR code. ChurchPay keeps the wording they agreed to.
Sunday givingAnonymous cash is logged when you close that Sunday, so small-donations evidence is dated to the service rather than rebuilt from a paying-in book.
Gift Aid and GASDSChurchPay exports a ChR1-shaped claim pack. You still submit it through HMRC. We do not invent reclaim totals, and we do not file on Charities Online.

Declarations are captured at the moment of giving, and GASDS evidence is logged for cash collections, so charitable appeals claim the same 25% as regular giving.
Donations report by campaign, so your treasurer can show exactly what came in for each appeal and what it was given for. No more untangling a single giving total.
