ChurchPay and ChurchSuite
ChurchSuite is an established UK church management platform: people, calendar, rotas, giving, and more. It can export a Gift Aid CSV or, with HMRC Online Services credentials, submit a claim. ChurchPay is narrower on modules and stricter about capturing the gift and the evidence in the same moment.
What it is

Gift Aid claims
ChurchSuite can download a claim CSV or submit directly to HMRC Online Services if you store those credentials.
ChurchPay exports an HMRC-ready claim pack (CSV plus declaration evidence). It does not submit to Charities Online or HMRC for you.
When the declaration happens
Givers can Gift Aid on ChurchSuite Donate, or add a declaration later in My ChurchSuite.
The default path is the declaration on-screen at the point of gift, with a stored copy of what was agreed.
GASDS
ChurchSuite documents Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme support in its giving tools.
Anonymous cash is calculated when you close a service, so the evidence sits on that service.
Transaction fees
ChurchSuite Donate uses card processing. Published third-party notes have mentioned an application fee on top of the gateway. Confirm current fees with ChurchSuite.
ChurchPay adds no markup. You pay your payment provider's standard card rates.
When it fits
You want one vendor for rotas, small groups, calendar, and giving, and you are happy filing or submitting Gift Aid from that suite.
You want Sunday giving, designated campaigns, and treasurer evidence without a second spreadsheet, and you will file the HMRC claim yourself.
